Here is what you will need:
1 cup milk
6 eggs
2 teaspoons of cinnamon
2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
slices of bread
fresh berries
The how to:
1. Whisk together in a small bowl milk, eggs, cinnamon and vanilla until light and frothy
2. Get your waffle iron ready
3. Place a slice of bread in the egg mixture coating both sides.
4. Using a fork place the bread onto the waffle iron and close. Using the directions that comes with your machine to determine the correct time to cook your french waffle. Mine took about 3 minutes.
5. Remove and repeat
6. Add some fresh berries and syrup then enjoy!
